FAQ
-
Q: What about the quality of the products?
+A: Our lift tables are CE approved, and we have five inspection steps before shipment:1. Inspect the raw material in accordance with ISO9001;2. Strict inspection in the whole production process;3. Load limit test when assembling finished;4. 100% strict inspection of lift tables before shipment;5. If needed, inspection by buyer. -
Q: Do you accept customized design? Do you offer OEM & ODM service?
+A: Yes,of course! We have over 10 years' experience in customized design product, expecially lift tables. -
Q: What information should I provide for a customized order?
+A: The more information you provide, the accurate solution we can prepare for you.Such as:1.control by manual or electric2.stationary or mobile lift tables3.power source/voltage demand4.load capacity5.lifting heigh(min.height and max height)6.table size -
Q: What is your MOQ?
+A: One unit. The more the better. The price is negotiable for large quantity. -
Q: How long is the quality guarantee?
+A: All of our products carry one-year warranty. -
Q: What's the leadtime?
+A: Normally 30 days. If you order more than 5 itmes mixed in one container, it will be 45 days. If you order one item in one container, it will be 20 days. -
Q: What is the difference between polyurethane and nylon wheels?
+A: Polyurethane is generally the most popular wheel type and is a cast wheel with a polyurethane tyre around the outside, this wheel gives better grip on smooth floors and is quieter than nylon. This softer wheel type also tends to be better for use on sensitive floors (finished floor surfaces).Nylon wheels are a hard rigid plastic wheel, they tend to be better in areas where there may be debris on the floor such as engineering workshops etc as the debris will not penetrate into the wheel. -
Q: Can you supply a certificate of conformity?
+A: Yes, but they must be requested at the time of order and an administration charge may be payable.
PRE-SALE QUESTIONS

Q: Do you accept normal credit terms?
+A: All orders are subject to the Seller's assessment of the Customer's creditworthiness. Provided the Seller, in its sole discretion, deems the Customer to be creditworthy, standard terms are 30 days net. The Seller reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend delivery of any order at any time if the Seller considers the Customer's credit to be unfavourable. If for any reason the Seller, in its sole discretion, feels insecure as to the Customer's willingness or ability to perform, the Seller shall have the unconditional right to require full payment in advance of delivery.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Q: Lift does not raise(power unit is running or humming)?
+Rotation of 3-phase motor may be reversed. Reverse any two electrical leads.Motor may be single-phasing (humming). Check wiring.Voltage at motor terminals may be too low to run pump at existing load. Check by measuring voltage at motor terminals, or as near as possible while pump is running under load. Reading source voltage or pump-idling voltage is meaningless. Inadequate or incorrect wiring can starve the motor when the source voltage is ample. Correct as necessary.Check for line or hose leak. Correct as necessary.Check for oil shortage in reservoir. Add oil if necessary.Load may exceed rating. Remove excessive load.Suction screen may be clogged, starving pump. Screen is attached to suction line in tank. Remove and clean. Drain and replace oil.Breather cap on reservoir may be clogged. Remove and clean. -
Q:Lift lower too slowly with load
+A: Lower valve may need cleaning. Check for pinched pipes or hoses. Oil is extremely heavy at existing temperatures. -

Q:Electric lift will not lower?
+Solenoid coil may be incorrectly wired, not rated for the voltage, or the line voltage may be excessively low. Check voltage near coil. (24V) -
Q: Lift, then slowly lower back
+A: Lower solenoid valve may not be seated. Remove the solenoid and check again. If the lift does not hold with the solenoid coil removed, the down valve cartridge should be removed and cleaned or replaced as necessary. Oil, line, hose or fitting may be leaking. Check and repair as necessary. The "check valve" in the pump assembly may not be seated. This is indicated by the pump and motor turning backwards by themselves. This condition is usually audible. Replace the pump assembly. -
Q: Lift table does not reach the top position
+Insufficient volume of oil.Add oil, but not more than required to reach the top level. Too much oil may cause an overfull oil tank when the lift lowers. The relief valve opens. The lift table is overloaded - remove the excess load.No lifting movement. Motor is rotating in the wrong direction. Change two phases. (NOTE! Ensure the isolator switch is OFF before the work is started) Incorrect electrical connection. Check the connections. The relief valve opens. Lift Table overloaded - remove the excess load. Lift Table overloaded, remove the excess load. Lift Table overloaded - remove excess load. Motor protection relay not correctly set - adjust. -
